The luxury villa Moana is located on a hill in the wine town of Vrbnik, next to the Villa Manatis, surrounded by olive trees, and stands out from the rustic atmosphere with its modern architecture. A pool over 12 meters long, a barrel sauna under olive trees, and a whirlpool invite you to relax in the olive grove with seaview.
Vrbnik is a place with a special atmosphere, located on a huge rock by the sea. With a view of the Kvarner Bay, the illuminated old town of Vrbnik and the opposite town of Novi Vinodolski, you are only 250 meters from the sea. A footpath leads to the nearest beach or along the coast to secluded bays around Vrbnik with a pebble beach.
In 2022 the construction of Villa Moana began on a spacious plot with an olive grove just 250 m from the sea, next to Villa Manatis, and in autumn of 2023 the luxury villa on the island of Krk in Croatia opened for you.
With 3(+1) bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a cozy luxury vacation by the sea with friends or the whole family becomes reality. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and balconies with incredible views. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with cooking island, bar and utility room, a household room and a separate toilet. There is also another special room with a cozy bunk bed, for 1-2 children or young adults, with a large desk for the home office.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large terrace with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining area. A few steps lead down from the terrace to the pool area, where the over 12 meter long heated pool with a shallower chill out area is located. For cozy evenings, there is a lounge area between the pool and the villa with a fireplace and a whirlpool with a view of the illuminated old town of Vrbnik. Below the pool you will find the barrel sauna in the olive grove, and an outdoor fitness area.
Vrbnik is located on the east of the island of Krk in the beautiful Kvarner Bay in Croatia. The place is known for pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal clear water and famous Žlahtina wine. In addition to rest and relaxation away from mass tourism, you will find numerous activities, events and attractions on the island of Krk. We also provide a Vespa scooter free of charge for exploring.
